Codes are issued by hospitals that are using IBDmate with their paediatric patients. Currently the hospitals using IBDmate are:

• Addenbrooke’s Hospital paediatric IBD team
• Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital, Brighton
• Chelsea Westminster paediatric IBD team

If you are treated at one of these hospitals then please contact your IBD team and ask them to issue you a code.
